Colliers adds new director in Phoenix

Mr. Burnand
Colliers International-Greater Phoenix has added Bob Burnand to its Phoenix, Ariz., office as director of asset services.

Burnand has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience in asset repositioning, receivership, property management, leasing, sales, and development. He was previously with Trammell Crow Company for five years as senior vice president with the Capital Markets Group. Prior to that, he was with Cushman & Wakefield for 10 years and specialized in the sale of investment grade office buildings.

In his new position, Burnand will serve as a court-appointed receiver for non-performing assets and develop strategies for financial institutions to protect their investments, stabilize and reposition properties, and enhance value. He will serve as a single point of contact to provide leasing, property management, finance, appraisal, and disposition services.

Burnand holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and an MBA from Arizona State University in Tempe.
