Office building in southeast Denver sells for $4.4M

Orchard One, a four-story office building in Denver's Technology Center, has been sold for $4.37 million, or $94.25 per square foot.

Transwestern represented the buyer, 6143 South Willow, LLC, in the transaction. The company will continue to manage and lease the 46,328-square-foot building.

Located at 6143 S. Willow Drive in the Denver suburb of Greenwood Village was 96 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Tenants include CIS Insurance Group, Lang & Co., CPA, M&T Bank and Charter Financial Resources.

The Denver Technological Center is a business and economic trading center located in the southern part of the Denver metro area. With quick access to I-25 from Orchard Avenue and just two blocks away from the Arapahoe Station Light Rail stop and Park-N-Ride. The Willow Drive office building provides easy access in and out of the heart of the Denver Tech Center.
