PCA facilitates sale of Tempe, Ariz. retail building

Versus Holdings, LLC has purchased a 31,240-square-foot retail building in Tempe, Ariz., from CTW-Southern Plaza, LLC for $2.8 million.

Chad Tiedeman of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller in the transaction, while the firm's Tyler Chester represented the buyer.

Located at 790 E. Southern Ave., the property is currently leased to a 99¢ Only store and there is an additional 104,696 square feet of land available for development.
