GVA Kidder Mathews has added Mike Tobin, Nick Raggio, and Paul Picciani to its San Francisco, Calif., office to work under recent hire Dan Cronan.
Tobin, a 28-year industry veteran, previously worked at Pacific Union, where he was the catalyst for the formation of the firm's commercial division in 1986. He has negotiated more than 1,100 transactions and represents most of the major radio/media firms in San Francisco, including KOIT, KFOG, and KNBR sports radio.
Raggio has 30 years of experience in the field. He has completed more than $160,000,000 in investment sales and leasing transactions during his career. Previously, he worked at Pacific Union and spent more than a decade with the San Francisco, CB Richard Ellis office.
Picciani, another industry veteran, will focus solely on representing office tenants in downtown San Francisco.
