Colliers International welcomes three brokers in California

Colliers International has added Cheryl Job, Sean Merold and Steve Woo as brokerage specialists.

Job comes aboard as a senior associate, specializing in office leasing and sales. Her new position will focus on developing partnerships with business owners to help them identify, locate and negotiate workspace needs. Previously, she was the leasing specialist for Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. Job obtained her bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing from Santa Clara University.

Merold joins as an associate and will be working with the Central Valley Industrial Group. He previously served as an industrial broker at Cushman and Wakefield in both their Sacramento and Oakland, Calif. offices. Merold holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Woo is a new senior associate, specializing in retail leasing and sales. Woo was previously a commercial broker with Prudential California Realty. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Sacramento.
