A joint venture between TRF Pacific and Washington Capital, both based in Seattle, Wash., has purchased The Woodgate Center in Woodinville for $14 million from locally-based Schuster Group.
The deal was brokered by Paul Sleeth of Colliers International's Seattle office.
The retail center is located at 13300 NE 175th St. and contains 47,000 square feet. It is currently 100 percent leased.
Sleeth is a senior VP with Colliers' Retail Investments group. Prior to his employment with Colliers, Sleeth worked with both Leibsohn & Company in Bellevue and James S. Black & Company in Spokane. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
