Los Angeles, Calif.-based DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has brokered two industrial sales in California worth $9.4 million. In Sylmar, Vibra Finish Company sold a 41,536 square foot industrial building for $5.3 million to Anderon Holdings, LLC. The building was recently refurbished and is located at 12840 Bradley Ave. It sits on 75,539 square feet of land and served as the West Coast headquarters for Vibra Finish. Anderon Holdings was represented in the deal by Chad Gahr and David Young of Capital Commercial, while Vibra Finish was represented by DAUM's Mike LaRocque. In Oxnard, Survivor Industries, an emergency preparedness company, purchased a 35,918 square foot industrial building for $4.1 million from Vista Chapparel, LLC. The building is located at 1621 Emerson Ave. and will be used to house Survivor's growing manufacturing operations. It contains 6,726 square feet of office space and has also been recently renovated. Survivor was represented by Mitch Conlee, while Ray Howden of Cushman & Wakefield handled the negotiations for Vista Chapparel.
