NAI MLG brokers sale of Wisconsin industrial facility

WEL Companies, Inc. has purchased a 60,000 square foot industrial building in Edgar, Wis., for an undisclosed amount from Alliance Development Corporation.

John Henderson and David Macdonald of NAI MLG Commercial represented Alliance in the deal.

The building is located at 316 South Third Ave. in Edgar, a town approximately 100 miles west of Green Bay. It sits on four acres and is currently designed for food processing or cooler/freezer space.
