In Big Bend, Arcom Investments, LLC sold a neighborhood shopping center to Edgewood Plaza Investment, LLC for an undisclosed price. NAI's Stephen Provancher represented the buyer while Arcom was represented by Russ Sagmoen of Inland Real Estate Corporation. The building is located at W229 S8668 Big Bend Dr. in Big Bend, a town approximately 23 miles southwest of Milwaukee. Built in 1980, it contains 8,000 square feet and has 10 years remaining on a net lease. In Madison, Aspire Equities, LLC purchased a Rodeway Inn from Wisconsin Inns, Inc. for $2.79 million. David Macdonald represented the seller in the deal. The hotel is located at 4916 East Broadway and contains 50,000 square feet. The acquisition includes an adjacent 3.4-acre parcel that is currently vacant. Aspire plans to develop the property as a mixed-use planned unit development.
