Unison, an electrical contracting company, has acquired a 6,030-square-foot industrial building in Huntington Beach, Calif., for $1.3 million from Gothard Business Center, LLC.
Mike Barreiro of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Unison while the seller was represented by Fred Spitzkeit of Ashwill Associates.
The building is located at 16632 Gemini Lane and is being used by Unison to expand its operations in Huntington Beach. The transaction marks the third industrial property on Gemini Lane for which Barreiro has represented the buyer or seller.
