NAI James E. Hanson to sell New Jersey restaurant

New Jersey-based NAI James E. Hanson is selling Villa Roberto, a 7,925-square-foot restaurant in Rochelle Park.

Gary Sauerborn, and Dominic Fittizzi are representing the seller, Roberto Gotollari. The property is situated on one acre at 70 West Passaic St. Included in the offering is the restaurant's business and liquor license. It seats 350 patrons.
