Boston, Mass.-based Charles Stark Draper Laboratories has purchased a single-story office building in St. Petersburg, Fla., for $7.75 million from Oerlikon USA.
Bill Alton, an VP on Industrial with NAI Tampa Bay, represented the seller along with Paula Smith.
The building contains 41,000 square feet and is located at 10050 16th St. N. It is comprised of 23,000 square feet of office space with 17,000 square feet of 100 clean space.
